Peas Masala Dosa

Masala Dosa is of varied varieties. You can add your choice of masala and taste to Dosa. It is that versatile. This is a peas masala dosa: Combining peas to the traditional masala recipe in a masala dosa with little twist.

Just Some Pointers:

1. Garnish with coriander leaves.

2. Palak is just my addition. It’s a great way to add more nutrition to your food without your kids knowing about it. You can leave palak and capsicum if needed. Instead add in finely chopped onions and saute.
